Coconut flour: A nutritious-gluten free substitute to processed flour.


  Coconut flour is a type of flour made from coconut solids that have been assembled into a very fine powder. It is characterized for its mild coconut scent and flavor, which renders it suitable for flour based recipes that don t contain strongly-favoured ingredients.
