Cinnamon: A ''Health Booster''

 Essential oils are liquid and volatile aroma compounds from natural sources such as plants. They are characteristic for their odour which render them useful in food flavouring and perfumery industry. They are usually prepared by fragrance extraction, distillation, cold pressing and extraction. Some of the oils are considered important therapeutic agents. 

1) Frankincence: Instead of chemo and radiation Frankicence can be applied as an anti tumour oil. When other oils are used it increases their benefits. Some oils can aid towards the treatment of skin cancer. One of this is Frankincence which is efficient towards this medical condition.

2) Lavender: Lavender is a type of pure essential oil that has experienced useful applications in perfume production and aromatherapy. Lavender oil can enhance relaxation and lead to the reduction of anxiety and stress. Additionally, few drops of Lavender oil with rosemary, white fir and jojoba oil on the scalp for few days noticeably strengthens hair. 

3) Peppermint: Derived from the peppermint plant and it is associated with treatment of various diseases such as nausea, vomiting, morning sickness, diarrhoea, inflammation of the mouth and throat, menstrual problems and respiratory infections.

4) Cinnamon: Spice obtained from the inner bark of some trees and it is recognized for its antifungal, antimicrobial and antibacterial effects.One drop in ice water is great for balancing the blood sugar.
