Why so tired?

Mobile Phones: A life addiction

1) Not enough sleep
Lack of sleep leads to impairment of concentration and to various health problems. A regular schedule of sleep is recommended.

2) Sleep apnoea
Some people think they are sleeping enough but sleep apnoea gets in the way. It stops breathing for a short period of time during the night. Each interruption may wake someone but he may not be aware of it. Obesity is the main cause for sleep apnoea.

3) Not enough fuel
Eating too little can cause fatigue. Eating a balanced diet encourages the blood sugar levels to be on a normal range  then the feeling of fatigue would be eliminated.

4) Anemia
One of leading causes of fatigue in women as menstrual blood loss can cause an iron deficiency. Red blood levels are needed because they carry oxygen to the tissues and organs.

5) Depression
Depression is an emotional disorder but it can lead to various clinical conditions such as fatigue, headaches, loss of appetite.

6) Hypothyroidism
Thyroid is a small gland at the base of the neck. It controls metabolism and the speed by which the body converts fuel into energy. When the gland is impaired then there is a sluggish feeling.

7) Caffeine Overload
Caffeine can encourage alertness and concentration however in excessive doses it can lead to increased heart rate, blood pressure and jitteriness.

8) Hidden Urinary Tract Infection
A urinary tract infection can be present but without evident symptoms however fatigue can be sign of a urinary tract infection presence.

9) Diabetes
In people with diabetes abdominal and inappropriate levels of sugar remain in the bloodstream instead of entering blood cells which leads to feeling of fatigue due to run out of steam.
