  3. Chicken Fajitas
  As a meal chicken fajitas is considered a healthy meal however this meal is served with sour cream, shredded cheese, refried beans and fried rice. This give a high dose of calories, around 1320 calories. 

 4. Vegetarian Fried Rice.
   Veggie options are not always the healthiest choice as vegetarian fried rice can accompany 1090 calories. Steamed dished with lot of veggies, steamed rice are recommended. 

 5. Pasta in carbonara sauce
   Grilled chicken and shrimp are considered good choices. However, when contained within a carbonara sauce calories can reach up to 1440 calories. Additionally it contains 88 grams of fat.

 6. Deep Dish Pizza with Sausage.
   It is a meal that is high in fat which expands the number of calories to 2300. Recommendations involve to leave out the sausage and choose a pizza with a thin crust. 

 7. Club Sandwich.
  When served with lean turkey or chicken meat it is considered the best combination. However a high amount of saturated fat is involved within club sandwich and a whole of 1400 calories. Plenty of veggies and avocado for better flavour are recommended.
