Weird body behaviours

Sudden Shoulder pain

1) Brain Freeze:
''Ice cream headaches'' occur when something cold touches nerves in the roof of the mouth, triggering blood vessels in the front of the head to swell. The rapid swelling causes brain freeze.

2) Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)
This medical condition can occur in everyone. It can occur on the face and mainly on the palms, soles, and in the armpits. Treatment may include aluminium chloride antiperspirants, botox injections, oral medications and mild electrical currents.

3) Vertigo
It is caused by inner ear problems or nerve damage and it can last either minutes or hours. Hearing loss, ear discomfort and unusual eye movements are common signals of vertigo.

4) Arm or Leg goes to sleep
This sensation is painful and unpleasant. It can be caused by constant pressure on nerves, leaving them unstable to transfer messages to the brain. Change positions is the common recommendation.

5) Hiccups
Uncontrollable contraction of the diaphragm. Eating too much or too fast, overdoing alcohol or swallowing air can lead to hiccups.

6) Ear Wax Buildup
Fingers and cotton swabs should be kept out of the ear canals. Earwax helps fight infection, keeps ears clean. Problems occur when we try to clean the ears with a swab or another object.

7) Eye Twitching
The spasms on the eye are unpredictable and harmless. Eye twitching can be caused by stress, fatigue, eyestrain, caffeine and dry eyes.
